100g	Eggs
475g	Water

PROCESSING

Mix all ingredients with a wide – wired whisk or a flat beater on medium speed.

Mixing time: approx. 3 minutes

Weight: ±80g / pcs
Baking temperature: 190°C
Baking time: ± 13-15 minutes

Pipe on tray with baking paper and bake directly. Before fully cooled down, take them off the paper. Once fully cooled, glaze with “Komplet Magic Fondant” or garnish as desired.
