Method:
Mix all ingredients with wide-wired whisk or flat beater for 3 minutes. Scale the batter into prepared baking pans, filling them 1/2 full.

Baking temperature: 180°C
Baking time: approx. 35 minutes

After cooling down glaze with Komplet Kiddy Gel Apricot or dust with Komplet Neuschnee.
