Production/Processing

Method:

Mix all ingredients together on high speed with wide wired whisk or a flat beater.

Mixing time: approx. 3 minutes.

Incorporate the frozen Blueberries and mix for approx. 20 seconds and add the crumble before baking.

Scaling weight: approx. 70 g
Baking temperature: Deck oven 200°C - 210˚C
Convection oven 160˚C - 170˚C

Baking time: approx. 25 minutes

MASTER TIP: For intense Blueberry flavour, mix the Blueberries long enough until the batter is blue!
