Mix all the ingredients of the basic batter. Fry the onions, bacon and butter until onions are shiny. Season with salt and pepper. When cooled down, mix with the basic batter.
Roll out 500g Ciabatta dough (preferably with "KOMPLET Cheese Snack") onto 60 x 20cm tray and proof for 35 °C at 75% humidity for 1 hour.
Add the Cheesy Onion Topping and spread even.
Baking temperature: 210 °C
Baking time: 28-30 minutes
After baking, wrap the warm bread in aluminum foil or cling film so all the moisture stays in the bread.
