In the more than 130-year history of the family-run company Abel and Schäfer and the more than 60-year history of the KOMPLET brand, now in its 3rd generation, some products have certainly achieved the status of a "classic". We want to introduce you to some of our favourites.

 


Our Favorites Classic

Undisputedly, our KOMPLET Choice Six Grain is to be mentioned here. This bread has been on everyone's lips for almost 50 years. KOMPLET Nordländer has also been around for over 30 years and is one of the most successful products on the market. Another classic in the bread sector is our KOMPLET Wurzelbrot. It was presented at the Iba 2000 as the first bread of this kind and thus as a trendsetter in the field of longer dough processes with soft dough.

In the cake sector, our sand cake batters such as KOMPLET Lambada and of course KOMPLET Jogosoft are considered classics. As mixes, in which only water and vegetable oil are to be added, they are also regarded as trendsetters.

 

Sechskorn

KOMPLET Choice Six Grain with sour for the preparation of a special bread rich in grains and seeds for a healthy nutrition offers a huge variety of recipes and contains 6 different cereals: wheat, rye, oat, barley, corn, millet, as well as linseed and sesame seed. This outstanding bread has an extraordinary shelf life, and it is easy to produce.

 

 

Nordländer

KOMPLET Nordländer is a premix for the preparation of a typical heavy German-style rye/sunflower bread. It contains a large amount of high-quality sunflower seeds and malted rye flour and requires only the addition of yeast and water in the preparation process. This typical bread has a special look, a very moist crumb, and an excellent shelf life.

 

 

Wurzelbrot

KOMPLET Wurzelbrot 20 is a 20% premix for the preparation of traditional wheat breads and rolls. The baked goods feature a very special rustic appearance and a nice, open pore structure which attracts many customers. There are different recipes, and you can choose between a very long, and a short dough processing time, a decision which will have an impact on the final bread. KOMPLET Wurzelbrot 20 is easy to use and despite the soft dough structure it can be processed via automatic devices.

 

 

Jogosoft

KOMPLET Jogosoft is a premix with yoghurt for the preparation of moist slices and other types of Madeira cakes. Without the fruit topping sinking into the batter. No additional eggs required. KOMPLET Jogosoft offers many possible varieties, a fine aromatic taste, and a long shelf life. The premix is efficient and suitable for use in industrial plants.

 

 

Lambada

KOMPLET Lambada is a premix for the preparation of cakes, muffins, and slices. There is no need to add eggs, and the premix is especially user friendly and works well for industrial plants. The fruit topping does not sink into the batter, thus giving you the possibility of creating a variety of nice recipes with and without fruits. An additional advantage: The batter can be frozen and baked.
